KINGSFOLD  – the two day show

Kingsfold Vintage Rally

Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances, we the event organisers have to announce that after twenty years the Kingsfold  Vintage Rally planned for September  has had been cancelled for this year and the foreseeable future. We would like to express our sincere thanks for all who have supported the event over the years, the Landowner, exhibitors, traders, service providers, volunteer helpers , the Sussex and Kent Weald Stationary Engine Group, without whom the event could not take place and finally to the general public for all of their encouragements received which made all our efforts worthwhile.

Kingsfold Show and Kite Festival was held every September The last ever  show was held in 2018 -and although it was organised by Alan and Lynne Cullen  who normally run a Stationary Engine Group,the show had so much more to offer than just Stationary Engines.The show encompassed a wide range of displays from all aspects of the Vintage,Classic and Heritage movements and included the annual Kite Festival.

Entries were welcomed from (but not limited to) owners of Classic and Vintage Cars, Commercials (both large and small) Vans and Pick Ups, Fire Engines, Motor Cycles and Scooters, Classic Camper Vans, Fair Organs, Steam Engines and Rollers (all sizes and scales) Stationary Engines, Farm Machinery, Tractors, Model and RC Boats (a lake was available for displaying your boat) along with Lawnmowers and Horticultural Equipment, Space would also be allocated for static awning displays and collections.


There were regular Arena displays,Trade Stands ,a family Fun Fair and the added attraction of the “Deadwood” Wild West Village ,with Cowboy and North American Indian dispays

The Kite Festival provided an added attraction .

The Sussex and Kent Weald Stationary Engine Group ran their ever popular Club Tent “Bring and Buy” sales area where many a bargain could be had .

Kingsfold show has now been “retired” from the show calendar it is very unlikely to be held again
